# Official trademark fees in Panama

For goods or services, the first class costs B/. 140.50 and each additional class B/. 112.00. Advertising slogans cost B/. 152.00 for the first class and B/. 124.00 per additional class. Renewal is B/. 134.00 per class. The balboa is at par with the US dollar.

Official trademark fees in Panama are set by the Industrial Property Registry and paid in advance. The first class costs B/. 140.50 and each additional class B/. 112.00, and if the application is refused, half of the fees paid is returned. Legal fees are separate, and we quote them in writing, per class.
